Dr. Brandiss Pearson

M.I.D.A.S. Consulting's founder, Dr. Brandiss Pearson, is all about finding evidence-based strategies to navigate the chaos of life in direct and simple ways. Dr. Pearson is a highly rated leader, educator, mentor and motivational speaker for youth, women, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating various stages of transition. Dr. Pearson is a NASM certified Wellness Coach, CDC-certified Lifestyle Instructor and is also certified in Emotional Intelligence by The College of Executive Coaching. Dr. Pearson's journey of bridging out of poverty began as a certified nursing assistant, then licensed practical nurse. Later, she earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Syracuse University and nursing degrees from St. Joseph's College of Nursing, Le Moyne College & SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Pearson received her education doctorate in executive leadership from St. John Fisher College. Her overall goals are to help people remove self-limiting beliefs in order to become the best version of themselves and to create pathways to equity and inclusion at the organizational level.
